Payment
There are two ways to pay:

Postage within New Zealand
Following receipt of your payment, please allow 5 working days for standard post delivery. Standard Post: $5.00
Courier Post: $10.00.
Postage internationally
Books will be sent by International Air. Following receipt of your payment, please allow 10-14 working days for international post. Australia and the South Pacific: $10.00.
Everywhere else: $20.00.
If your order is for multiple books, please ask me for a special quote.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to me. I do not share personal details about any of my customers with any third party. Occasionally I may contact you to obtain further information or to inform you of any new product that may become available. If you prefer not to be contacted, please let me know.
Refunds
I will offer you a refund if your book is damaged in transit. Please return your book at your own expense. If I’m at fault, I’ll refund or credit the cost of the return postage.
Signed copy
If you'd like me to sign your book, please tell me your preferred name and a little bit about your goals and dreams.
